What Do You Guys Think.

 i'm eating 600or less calories a day.
mainly hovering between four and five hundred.
i'm also exercising vigourously 4/5 times a week.
and i'm eating healthy foods but i'm not loosing any weight.
I'm thinking of starting the ABC diet on monday to help me out.
what do you guys think.


EDIT.

please do not tell me to eat 1,000calories a day because i cannot do this.
